• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Platform without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Listico, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Listico or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Listico is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
